A graduate of the Ecole Boulle and the School of Industrial Design, Eric Berthès creates his studio, Planet Design in 2000. Initially, he dedicates his work to the development of products for consumer electronics brands such as Packard Bell and Babyliss. And to revive the traditions of drawing and expertise gesture taught Boulle, he turns to the world of luxury, thanks to a first collaboration with L'Orfèvrerie d'Anjou.
While ensuring their artistic director, he worked with brands of spirits and champagne for which he creates exceptional objects. He recently directed the "Itam Tam" for the anniversary of the famous stool, a collection of Revol porcelain called "Cook and Play", a coffee service for Ercuis Raynaud and a range of bioethanol fireplaces for CosiHome. Along with these lifestyle brands made for projects he creates pieces of furniture in the free edition, which is a lock of inspiration to develop new forms and new uses.
