WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
You have a 14-day withdrawal period to return your items if they do not suit you. Your return request must be made in writing (email) or directly on our website, in the My Account (subheading My orders). Once your request is received, it is necessary to go back your(s) item(s) to the address indicated on the delivery form attached to the package.
Upon receipt of your articles, you will be reimbursed within a maximum period of 30 days. The shipping costs for returns are at the charge of the customer. Shipping fees paid at the time of the order will be refunded if the entire order is returned. Note that the items returned must be new, with no trace of use, complete with all accessories, instructions and documentation and in their original packaging.
The right of withdrawal applies to all catalog items Matea except customized products according to your request and made to order (cf. "Made to order" below)
MADE TO ORDER
The right of withdrawal does not apply on custom products according to your request and made to order. It will be shown on all corresponding Article Sheet with the mention "made to order". Returns will be accepted just in case of damage during delivery.
UNIQUE PIECES
All works of art, unique pieces and limited editions sold Matea are signed and will be delivered with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist or creator.
CLAIMS AND DAMAGES
It is the customer's responsibility to check the status of their order at the time of delivery, with the delivery person. The damage will be covered only indication of the damage on the delivery note. It is also advisable to notify the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. Any item damaged during delivery will be fully refunded or exchanged, as desired.
